Unique Models | Style Icons

↡ Following on from my previous post: 'Part 1' Unique Model Style - I love to hunt down and encapsulate the most distinct fashion models and celebrities alike. Whether they're an actress, model, author or social media personality, if they have that je ne sais quoi, then they have one time or another become my new obsession! With all of that being said, the girls in this list are undoubtedly stylish humans & I hope you find them as beautiful, chic and unique as I do!

P.s. You might recognise a lot of these models as being previously featured on my Instagram - there are 5 in total↡

Sanne Vloet 🎔

From Victoria's Secret Model to all round sweet heart - this Dutchie is a blogger, fashion enthusiast, health and fitness educator & Youtube personality. Her style is sometimes masculine and simple whilst other times bold, sexy and a little daring! With Sanne, I find it's the simple details that add charisma to her outfits - whether it's a boutique gold choker, a perfectly tailored trouser or a cute tank top in the middle of summer - she's got to be one of my favourite icons. Sanne has an amazing body there it no doubt, and with this, she even makes athletic wear look chic and wearable on the street. One other thing I love about this Dutch supermodel is her love of coats; she can literally add
any type of biker jacket, faux fur coat or blazer to the most simplest look to
make it look daring.

Shanina Shaik

Shanina!!!... Where to begin? What a multicultural beauty - Australian, Pakistani and Saudi Arabian, this mixture of nationalities and heritage gave Shanina her beautiful deep brown skin colour, gorgeous long dark hair and captivating green/hazel eyes. She started modeling around 8 years of age in Australia and later broke into the international market. Facing a lot of diversity issues at a young age, she is now featured on the TV series 'Model Squad' & brings these issues to the forefront of the show. What I love about Shanina is her maturity and work ethic. After doing Victoria's Secret a few years in a row, she quickly began getting featured in more & more shows and campaigns - however, this has not inflated her head, if anything, she is even more down to earth and humble than ever.

Phoebe Tonkin

If this Australian born actress was not born to model then I don't know who was? With the most angelic face and porcelain skin texture, she puts some other supermodels to shame. Phoebe started as an actress back in Australia before she landed her small role on Vampire Diaries - which then spun off to be the Originals. She became a main character in this spin off series and thus my obsession with her started. I've watched a select number of Vogue & Elle magazine interviews with her and what I love is her naturalness. From little to know makeup, she has said that she embraces the bags under her eyes, wears no mascara and likes to flaunt patchy skin that most others would hide with concealer. I also adore Phoebe's everyday street style and it actually reminds me a lot of my own. As a Chanel model and ambassador, her favourite everyday fashion staples are actually very low key - from basic T's, flowy dresses, jeans, blazers and ballet flat/loafers, she has simple French girl style down to a perfection.

Dakota Johnson

I could literally search 'Dakota Johnson Street Style' all day everyday and never run out of inspiration. She's the ultimate French girl/not French girl, with her laid back classic style, chic bangs and makeup-less skin - I even love the bags under her eyes that usually stand out so much in her movie roles. Dakota's style reminds me a lot of the likes of Alexa Chung and Camille Rowe, your idealistic French women. I love the natural look of rolling out of bed, throwing an outfit roughly together and walking out of the apartment with slept in hair and makeup - think hot mess! To me, Dakota easily embodies all of these features (bar the slept in makeup because, let's face it, her face is perfection)...

Olivia Molly Rogers

Beauty, brains, mental health ambassador and overall 'nice girl', Olivia is that girl next door who you just can't help but want to be friends with. After getting asked by the directors of 'Miss Universe Australia' to compete for the title - Olivia soon after agreed, naturally not thinking too much about it. She went on to win and compete on an international stage for the Miss Universe World crown. After coming home empty handed, Olivia did not stop there, she's now an ambassador for mental health and has openly shared her own experiences with the disease. With all of that in mind, Olivia still does shoots and continues to be a fashion trend setter (especially for the Spring Racing Carnival).

 *Side note*
What I actually love the most about Olivia is her hair - for me, that was when she landed on my radar. Initially this is what interested me about her, but now, I love her quirky glasses, head bands, scarves and flawless face - she's an overall package of beauty and girl power!
